Food was over cooked and had to be returned. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and was given dirty looks and then they argued with us and didn't want us to sit at a table in the lobby because they had cleaned all of them. Then the "manager" stood at the entry, refusing to allow people to order anything but take out. She then argued with an elderly gentleman and refused to let him sit and eat his ice cream and snarkily stated "Do you wanna stand here and argue or do you want a refund?" BEYOND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE!!!
Horrible staff was not trained well. Cashier had hard time even working the register. Had issues with cashier not answering questions correctly. Ended up returning entire order for a refund. The people working don't care about customer service. The owner has no idea what she is doing and the manager needs to train the staff better.
We got 4 chocolate cones and a vanilla cone and a mini pumpkin pie blizzard. Chocolate ice cream had gone sour. We called. It went in one ear and out the other whoever we talked to. Was trying to help from selling more Sour chocolate are ice cream.
Stuck with two children 3 year old and 5 month old. Ordered food but we were not allowed to sit down to eat nor, would she let me burp my 5 month old baby in a chair, I had to stand. My 3 year old asked the long mousy brown haired girl with glasses, if he could please sit down. She still said no. She said we cant let you sit because we're closing in a few minutes. We ate our cold, non fresh food in the car. My little boy cried. Also, the mean girl claimed everything was just wiped down with bleach so I couldn't put anything down while trying to burp my baby. She was obviously lying because nothing smelt like bleach. I even said I'd reclean the table, still said no. Don't start shutting down until it's actually closing time....what a concept!
At the risk of your own health, please don't stop here! First of all, the food is poorly prepared. I asked for the gravy with my chicken strip basket, and it was clumpy with the styrofoam melted. I asked for another, and she admitted that they just microwave it and that it would probably be the same. She was right. I'm guessing it has something to do with the petting zoo next door, but there are more flies here than a pile of cow poop. Seriously disgusting! You can see them all over their ice cream machines, and you fight them if you try to dine in. Run for your life!!
